Company Profile - Who are we?

Plus Plus Pty Ltd, has been in the industry since 1982. We aim to provide the highest quality services. This will naturally provide good value to our clients. We aim to provide our services with the highest ethics, of quality, consistency, integrity and honesty.

We are based in Sydney, Australia, and we have delivered our courses in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth, New Zealand and London, England.

What and Why we Believe

Plus Plus Pty Ltd is owned by Peter and Ann Lovett. Here I detail some of the beliefs that drive our company, and our lives.

What we believe

We are both born-again Christians, who believe in Jesus as the only way to know God (*1). We believe in the Bible as the only authoritative source of God's will for our lives. In it, God tells us that we have fallen short of the standard that he requires of us (*2). Because of this a price has to be paid. God, in His infinite mercy, gave his only son to be that payment (*3). When we believe in (trust in and rely on) Him completely and ask His forgiveness, He forgives us of all our sin (wrong doing) and accepts us into His family (*4).

Why we believe

The wonderful thing about Christianity for us is that it is not just a term or a label, but something real in our lives. We know God personally, have His joy in our heart and His Spirit in our lives (*5). This doesn't mean that all is easy or perfect, but we know that, in the end, we are part of God's family and that Jesus calls us His brothers (and sisters!) (*6), (*7).

What does that mean for business?

Being a Christian company, we believe that this affects all our dealings with our suppliers, peers, competitors and of course clients. We aim for the excellence that God calls us to. We aim to provide the highest quality services at good value. We have a standard of ethics in our business, to do what is right and best for all parties.

  1. (John 14:6) Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
  2. (Romans 3:23) for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
  3. (Romans 5:8) But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
  4. (Romans 10:9-10) That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. {10} For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

  6. (James 1:2-4) Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, {3} because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. {4} Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
  7. (Matthew 12:48-50) He replied to him, "Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?" {49} Pointing to his disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers. {50} For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."
  8. (1 Timothy 2:1-2 KJV) I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; {2} For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
  9. (Proverbs 1:1-3 NIV) The proverbs of Solomon son of David, king of Israel: {2} for attaining wisdom and discipline; for understanding words of insight; {3} for acquiring a disciplined and prudent life, doing what is right and just and fair;
  10. (1 Chronicles 29:17) I know, my God, that you test the heart and are pleased with integrity. All these things have I given willingly and with honest intent. And now I have seen with joy how willingly your people who are here have given to you.
  11. (Proverbs 10:9) The man of integrity walks securely, but he who takes crooked paths will be found out.
  12. (Genesis 2:15 KJV) And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
    The word translated "keep" is in other translations translated "take care of". In the original Hebrew, the word used (shamar) has the meanings "to hedge about (as with thorns), i.e. guard; to protect, attend to, keep, preserve, regard, reserve, save and watch" (Strong's Hebrew)
  13. (James 1:27) Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
